Accessibility Statement

Niche Technologies Private Limited wants every investor to be able to use this support portal, including people with disabilities. The portal is built and tested to make it work with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, screen magnification and speech input.

Conformance target

  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
  • IS 17802 (Part 1): 2021 and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW) 3.0, where they apply.
  • The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, and the SEBI circular on digital accessibility for regulated entities dated 31 July 2025.

We do not claim conformance to Level AAA.

Scope

This statement covers the pages an investor uses before logging in: Home, Login, Lost Password and Registration (Sign-up), including the account information step of registration.

Current status

These pages have been tested with automated tools and every issue found has been fixed. A manual audit by an IAAP-certified auditor is now in progress. We will update this statement with the audit result and date once the audit is signed off.

How this portal is tested

  • Manual testing with the JAWS and NVDA screen readers on Windows, VoiceOver on Mac and iPhone, and TalkBack on Android.
  • Keyboard-only checks of every link, button and form field.
  • Colour contrast checks for text and interface parts.
  • Zoom to 200% and reflow at a 320 pixel wide screen.
  • Automated tools (axe, WAVE and Lighthouse), used only as a first check.

Accessibility features

  • A "Skip to content" link and clear page regions on every page.
  • A logical heading order.
  • Form fields with visible labels; related options, such as Account Type, grouped together.
  • Required fields marked in text, not by colour alone.
  • Text and background colours that meet WCAG AA contrast.
  • Pages that work with the keyboard alone and reflow on small screens.

Known limitations

  • Pages after login (dashboard, holdings, service requests and forms) are not part of this review yet.
  • Downloadable PDF forms have not yet been tested for accessibility. If you cannot use a form, contact us and we will help you in another way.

Accessibility assessment and remediation of this portal is carried out by M/S. Anblik (Ananyoo), whose team includes IAAP-certified professionals and a DHS Trusted Tester certified assessor.
